Dear Resident,

Little Leigh has been given a grant by the Countryside Agency to draw up a Parish Action Plan. This will be a statement of how the residents see the community developing over the next five to ten years. It will be used to promote discussion with local authorities and other agencies and will put Little Leigh in a strong position when seeking changes or applying for grants.

Earlier in the year we held an open meeting to find out the issues that people are interested in or concerned about. This questionnaire was developed as a result of that meeting and reflects the points that people raised. It's an opportunity for your whole family to give their opinions on a whole range of topics.

Please ask each member of your household to complete the questionnaire It's been designed so that up to 6 people within your household can express their views. When completed, place the questionnaire in the envelope provided and a volunteer will call to collect it.

All the information given will remain confidential and will only be used for the purposes of the Parish Plan. When the results have been analysed they will be published and presented to a public meeting in the Village Hall, which everyone will be invited to.

As an added incentive all completed questionnaires will be eligible for entry into a draw that has a cash prize of£100 for the winning household. There's also a special draw worth £50 for under 18's and some other prizes. Entry details can be found at the back of the questionnaire.
